Camp and the Metabolism Makeover Program

Cheryl Changes her Life by Shedding all Unnecessary
Medication, 81 pounds and almost 40 inches off her body.

REFLECTIONS OF A PATH WELL TRAVELED

Wheezing, coughing, Dr visits.  Have you ever been so sick that you just can’t move, breathe, get up off the couch?  One by one I couldn’t do things anymore.  Skiing became non-existent, competitive-skating became coaching, and playing with the
kids became a couch potato (kids grow up). And let us not forget the desk job.

The pivotal time came when I couldn’t breath, walk up the stairs, and move comfortably. Doctors explained that I had adult
onset asthma; two medications for this. I had something wrong with my blood; one medication for that.  I was having all kinds of problems with hormones and other parts of the body; two medications for this.  Who could tolerate this deterioration of life, happiness, but most important HEALTH! I couldn’t breathe!

I was 225lbs and one of the unhealthiest persons I knew. I couldn’t walk up a flight of stairs.  When I had to go up more than one flight, I would painfully walk up one flight, walk across the second floor, go to the other stair case and walk up the next one,
and so on.  This allowed me to breathe between flights of stairs and I wasn’t embarrassed by standing on the stairs praying no one would see me wheeze, cough and struggle to catch my breath.

My office decided to establish a “healthy lunch time” and we would get together and walk fifteen minutes in one direction and then return within the second fifteen minutes.  I began with the slow walk but every direction from my office is up hill.
You guessed it, at first I tried, then, I had so much to do and I was usually too busy or forgot my sneakers or… or… or… Luckily this new habit wasn’t forced upon us.

I would avoid all of those physical activities and others like shopping and buying clothes.  I was a size 22 pants and
really needed a 24 depending who made the pants or the style of cut. I always took an extra large blouse and I had several shirts that were 2X.  They didn’t make nylons that would fit well enough to buy them and my skating tights had to be special ordered.  I skated barefoot after that.

I tried Boot Camp on bring a friend day on the last Friday in March of 2008.  My sister-in-law had attempted several times for me to “try it,” but what she showed me I knew I couldn’t do.  After
a very horrible doctors visit, I swallowed the fear and knew this was it.  I had to learn how to eat, I had to get moving or I wouldn’t move for much longer, I had to get healthy and do it now or I wouldn’t be around long enough to complain about my health.

Boot Camp was the hardest/easiest, thing I had to do.  I couldn’t breathe to begin with and when I exerted myself it only got worse.  Dizzy spells, vomiting, shaking, weakness and that was only the first day!  Something inside me said, “Too bad, keep going.”  When Ben approached me that first time and asked what I thought, I thought “RUN for the door.” But, I knew this felt bad, but it also felt right.
I signed up for at least one… one day at a time… one exercise at a time…and sometimes one breath at a time.  The easiest part was the time spent there.  It was for me.

The ladies were so supportive and empathetic to my plight and they knew I couldn’t do what they were doing.  They even
helped out and did my push ups with me and sometimes for me.  I can’t use all my digits to count how many times they cheered me one and stuck by me.  Ben was right there with them, teaching me how to breathe through the exercise, quietly coaching me through kettlebells, encouraging me to try an exercise a different way, how to hold my arms to increase lung capacity, and giving advice about eating at every turn.

I wanted my health back; NOW.  I wanted to do things differently; I knew I had to do things differently.  The
nutrition tip of the day went into the play book as soon as I heard
it.   I made sure if Ben said drink water that is half your body weight in ounces every day, I went right home and downed sixty more ounces before I went to bed.  If he said to eat more vegetables, starchy-even though, at the time, I didn’t know what that meant-I stopped at the grocery store on the way home. Take vitamins and use supplements-you got it.  I had to know more, I was doing it!  I was really doing it!

June 2008, I was off my blood medication, I wasn’t using my inhaler for every class, and my hormones had straightened themselves out, AND I was losing weight and had a ton of
energy.  My size was changing; a few people had noticed that I was getting smaller.  My husband was attempting to help and I was eating differently now too.  I needed more!

August 2008 my family from Mass. came up to gather
for an anniversary.  I was completely off my puffer and my inhaler by then, and all other medications except the one for thyroid.  No amount of exercise or nutrition is going to fix a malfunctioning thyroid.  But I was a few sizes smaller by then and I could run around with the grandbabies, and not have to stop every couple of feet!  I still need more!!!

January 2009, 81 pounds lighter, size 6, medium
shirts, hundreds if not a thousand dollars worth of clothes
donated to the Salvation Army
or HOPE in Lyndonville, a wonderful support system, “tricks” to keep the motivation and focus, and a huge ego boost. A gentleman flirted with me and it was my husband who had to tell me that it happened.  My rings don’t fit, they went down 2.5 sizes.  Although the road to become unhealthy took me several years to travel, Ben and boot camp was able to help me make these changes in less than a year and I lost EIGHTY-ONE pounds and incomputable amount of
body fat.  I have my life back.

I am competing in ice skating again and now have
landed my double-salchow. I’m jumping higher,  running up stairs,
playing with kids, off all my symptom-related medications. I tell
everyone what Boot Camp has done for me, I encourage anyone who needs this to come and “try it.” It changed everything for me and I’m happier, I’m stronger, I am HEALTHY!!!

Lisa Changes Her Life and Wins the Biggest MOOser
Transformation Contest

I have always been big. Starting in about 6th or 7th
grade, when puberty hit I started growing up, and out, and not the way
I should’ve. I think I started emotional eating at that age and I
think it just snowballed from there. I was only semi-active and ate
horribly. I was definitely a secretive eater too (well into
adulthood). If I was upset or mad about something I would go into the
kitchen and pretend to do something else and then sneak a bunch of
oreos into my pocket and walk back to my room like nothing had
happened. I hated myself after I ate the cookies (or whatever) but
they just tasted SO good!!

These bad habits continued into adulthood until I finally hit
330lbs
.  The day I saw that number on the scale was horrible. I
felt absolutely horrible. I managed to lose 25lbs by doing various
programs, but I was never able to stick to them. I tried pills, the
carbohydrate addict’s diet, weight watchers and nothing seemed to
work. I would get bored with it or hungry and the bad habits started
up again. I felt horrible, I looked horrible and I was having all
kinds of medical problems. I had: high blood pressure, high
cholesterol, sleep apnea (snoring and stopping breathing at night) and
was on the verge of type 2 diabetes. Also, I was having problems with
my cycle and had yet to get pregnant (after trying for 4 years).

The day I heard about the Biggest MOOser on Moo92 saved my life.
Literally. It was one of the best days of my life. I decided that I
was going to apply for the contest and just hope really hard that I
was picked. I can’t tell you the emotion that I felt when I was called
& told that I had made it in, I was one of the final 5. I just cried
and cried because I knew that this was going to change my life
forever.

When we started doing the Metabolism Makeover, I was extremely
scared. You have to understand that I am a very very
picky eater!! Before, my list of foods I would not eat included:
Mexican food, Chinese Food, Seafood, most vegetables. I thought, oh my
god!! How in the hell am I going to do this??? What am I going to eat?
But by working with what I liked and trying new things, I was able to
make it work.

The first day of bootcamp I was very nervous. People at work and
friends had told me that the workouts were really hard and that I was
“in for it”. And yeah, the first day was hard, hell the whole first
week was hard. But once I started going every day and really, once I
started seeing the results, I just couldn’t get enough! I still
can’t!! Honestly, Ben’s Bootcamp is like my morning coffee. I get a
huge energy boost for the day and I feel fantastic because I know I’m
doing something to finally get healthy.

The pounds started melting away and I started getting compliments that
I was “looking good” and “doing so well!!”. So many people were
telling me how proud they were that I was taking this journey that my
self-confidence has skyrocketed. I have never ever felt better!! I
smile more, I’m much happier now. Especially now that I can wear
smaller clothes!! I’m now in the size clothes that I was wearing when
I was a Sophmore in High School. If those
aren’t stunning results, I don’t know what are.

So, here are the numbers: I started at 305lbs, size 28 pants
(I barely fit in them), size 3x shirts. Now I am 241lbs, size 18 pants
and size Large shirts (some are still XL, depends). If that doesn’t
motivate you to try Ben’s Bootcamp, try this: I lost 60lbs, 21 inches
and 10% body fat. All in 16 weeks!
And I am going to
keep going until I get to about a size 12 pant. I don’t even know when
was the last time I wore that size!!!!!

If you’re struggling with your weight and you don’t know if you should
try Ben’s Bootcamp, do it. Please do it. This saved my life. I
haven’t confirmed it yet, but I’m positive that I no longer have high
blood pressure, high cholesterol or type 2 diabetes anymore. I will be
finding out very soon if I will need to keep using my sleep apnea
machine. I can’t wait to get off that thing. NO ONE deserves to be
strapped to a machine to help them sleep every night, no one.
Everyone
deserves to be happy, love themselves and love their
bodies. Do it… Suck it up and DO IT. No whining, no excuses! =)

Local DJ goes from couch potato and fast food
queen to fitness diva
I had
awesome results. I lost 43 pounds–and over 10 inches. And I feel great. I love
the program. It was really exciting. One of the best things for me was
the fact that the workouts are always different and you never know what
to expect. This keeps your mind and body fresh. It is addicting, and I
absolutely loved it and couldn’t be happier with the results and feeling
better both physically but also mentally and emotionally.
I was very active and very physical when I was in high
school and did track and field and was All-Star and all that stuff. Then
my mom passed away when I was 17, and that was kind of when I went
downhill as far as backing off on the physical part of life and not
doing as much.

I had tried the Atkin’s Diet because I had gained a lot
of weight from stress and just lack of motivation. I also did Weight
Watchers. Nothing worked.

I would just tell everyone there is no quick fix, no
magic pill that you can take that is going to make you lose weight.
There are so many myths about dieting and what you should be doing and
how. Everyone thinks that, oh, I am going to skip breakfast or I am
going to skip this meal, and I am going to eat just these any calories,
I am only going to eat one lettuce slice, and drink one bottle of water
(or whatever).

These are all myths. Nothing like that works. There is
no quick fix. Yes, the workouts are intense and it is hard, but it
works. Life is hard and to get results you have to put your heart into
it and give it your all.

It’s worth it in the end when you look into the mirror
and you see the person that you want to be, and you’re happy with it. It
is going to carry over into your job and personal relationships.

Going from a couch potato, being the fast food queen
and taking that first step, it is scary, but if I can do it anybody can
. Thank you Ben for giving us the tools.

With over 10 years of
experience as an aerobic & spinning instructor, how did I ever let my body get
so big and unfit?
A new career that included a lot of travel, fantastic
restaurants and a lack of exercise triggered my weight gain. For ten years
I’ve been thick set, uncomfortable in my skin, discouraged and angry with
myself.
Years of Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, fads, gimmicks, yo-yo diets,
skipping breakfast, sporadic exercise and never seeing the results I dreamed of.

I worked hard through 2 boot camp sessions before starting
the metabolism makeover. I hadn’t dropped an ounce, not even an inch! I was so
discouraged that this weight I carried would never come off.

Jan 7, 2009~~the first day of the rest of my life…the
Metabolism Makeover began. I struggled in the beginning. I thought that
preplanning, slicing and dicing were too time consuming, boy was I ever wrong! I
quickly realized it made my life easier. Week after week I watched my body melt
before my eyes. In my first week of the makeover I set my personal goals. Along
the way I was actually achieving every one of them. Watching my body shed its
“fat cocoon” and transform into a lean, strong, fit butterfly was an amazing
feeling.

At 44, I feel better in my
skin than I did when I was in my 20’s & 30’s!
I’ve learned the tools that
work and the ones that don’t. Failure was not an option. I’m very hard on myself
and always strive for perfection.  This program is not about perfection, it’s
about progress. I’ve learned to make lifestyle changes. I made this a priority
every day with one vision in mind: “a lean, toned, strong, healthy body”! So
far I’ve lost 34lbs, 10.3% body fat…gone!  5 1/2” off my chest, 7” off my waist,
my legs, arms, wrists hands, face…all smaller…all those inches gone forever! I
started as a solid 13/14 pushing 14/16…splitting at the seams. Now I’m a size 4!
A SIZE 4…wow I can’t believe it
. The only time I’ve seen the #4 inside my
clothes when there was a number 1 in front of it!

Each day I leaned on Ben for support. I emailed him 2 and 3
times a day. It seemed like his computer was strapped to his side, he was always
quick to respond with his phenomenal answers, words of wisdom and tips for
success. Ben was the center of my support through my struggles and helped me
jump hurdles and overcome my fears. His dedication to his clients is top notch!
Not only is he your physical trainer and nutrition guide but he’s also a friend.
He’s one of a kind and is truly compassionate, dedicated and caring. He has one
goal in mind: “To help you be the best you can be”!

With Ben as my “trek guide” and my team mates in tow, we
started our trek up what seemed like Mt Everest, pushing and pulling each other
when we needed the help and support. We fell down…and we got back up.….making
our climb….getting closer to the summit.

By the way, the view from the summit is amazing….I feel
free…I feel strong…I feel alive…and I feel fantastic in my skin!

Cindy Finally Reaches Her Weight Loss Goal of 100
Pounds!

Ben’s [Boot] Camp has made a huge positive
impact on my life.  Not only has it helped me to achieve goals I was
beginning to think were unobtainable, it has also given me a positive reproach
to lifestyle changes and beliefs.  Ben has taught me: if I think I can, I
will.  If I put 110% effort into it, I’ll achieve more than I expected.

I wish I had discovered Ben and his camp years
ago.
It would have saved me countless hurdles, standstills and plateaus,
not to mention the feeling of failure, defeat and frustration.  Thanks Ben.

Cindy Royer, Irasburg Vermont

Cindy reached her goal of losing 100 pounds!  She actually lost 101 pounds
with a strategic combination of Fitness Camp, Metabolism Makeover, and an
overwhelming drive for success.

Life changing, Challenging, Rewarding, and Amazing A dear friend of mine asked if I
wanted to join Ben’s Bootcamp with her and I did.  She also was going to
take the Metabolism Makeover course so I did as well.  I have been
overweight for most of my life, not obese, but definitely chubby.

With my
40th birthday approaching, I was hopeful that I was taking steps towards being
in the best shape of my life.  I had NO idea what was in store for me.
The results are amazing!  I’ve lost 24 pounds so far and lots of inches
The skirt I’ve had hanging in my closet for years that I always hoped I could
one day fit into is now too loose!
I’ll be 40 in September and I really
will be in the best shape of my life!  I’ve set a new goal for myself and
I’ll reach it.

Last but not least- Ben Warstler our course instructor and bootcamp leader.
Ben has to be one of the most supportive, encouraging and challenging people I
know.  He really wants us to set and reach our goals.  As a teacher,
Ben was very patient with all of our questions. He makes you want to work
hard and I believe he truly loves what he is doing.

Gabrielle Sheds 20 pounds and has muscle tone where she didn’t know muscle existed

Thank
you SO MUCH for all you and your class do!  I have lost about 20lbs, a
pant size and gone from a womens to a regular!!
I may not be the best in the
class, however I am definitely at my personal best and am amazed everyday how
much muscle tone I have now (in places I didn’t know I was suppose to have
muscle) and how much more endurance I have.

I am training for a charity walk this spring and
am amazed the distances I can now walk without being so sore the next day.
Last year a 2mile walk with my dogs was be all I could handle- last week I
walked 10 miles!
 Now thats progress.

THANK YOU AGAIN!  The hard work is definitely paying off.

Charlotte is in the best shape of her life!I went to Weight Watchers many, many times, but it was
always a short-term fix. I was going to lose weight. I learned how to
cheat the system, to have a good weight on Thursday, but then I realize
I could use points to eat whatever I wanted.
I didn’t learn anything and I wasn’t exercising. So that
didn’t really help me. But since I started this program, I’ve lost a
total of 34 pounds. I went from size 14 to size 6.
I feel I can do
things that I have not been able to do for a long time: hike and run
with my family. Even though my kids are grown, we like to get together
for hikes and things like that.

Now I can do it. The past two weekends I finally wore a
bathing suit to the beach, which I haven’t done in a long time.

I can’t say enough good things about it. It has helped
me work on my nutrition. I am a teacher, so I didn’t even have a
stressful year. I kept asking: Why am I having such a good school year?
I think it was because I felt so good and I was doing so many things
that were helping me that I just wasn’t stressed. It carried over into
my job, and I think that was a big thing for me this year.

Ben, you’ve changed my life!

Mark Melts over 40 Pounds and Re-Discovers his Personal and Professional Goals

Thanks Ben, you have helped to reignite my confidence level as well as the
ability of focusing in on following through with goals and objectives. Your
program has brought me back to my younger days when no obstacle was too big
and I thank you for this opportunity. This program has also allowed me to
reflect and act on other personal and professional goals that I want to
accomplish
. Thanks again – see you at the next session.

Mark Belanger, West Burke

Since Joining Camp Mark
has lost over 40 pounds and dropped 9+ inches!!

Thank you Ben!When I first started boot camp I loved just the workout itself.
I just thought I’d always have the [spare tire] as I always called it, because
I’m a pretty active person.  I’d play tennis for two to three hours and
waitress at night.
I always thought more exercise and maybe then I’d lose
weight, and every year in the summer I’d drop 7-10 pounds but every winter gain
10-15; you do the math and eventually I’d look in the mirror and wonder why my
beloved spare tire was not going away.  I’d even skip breakfast and live on
energy bars and gatorade (aren’t athletes supposed to eat that)!

Even hiking, spinning, and going to the gym never was enough to get me to
lose the weight.  But thanks to Ben’s bootcamp workouts and the Metabolism
Makeover, combined taught me how to eat, when to eat, what to eat, and why.
I always thought less food or just protein and lots of veggies.  His class
has given me a whole new life and opened my eyes.

I have lost 2 pant sizes and 13 pounds, and 4 percent body fat.  Thanks
Ben for deflating my spare tire and inflating my appetite to workout and eat
supportively.

Thank you, you have given me strength inside and out.  God has blessed
you with a special gift.

Janet Embraces the Bootcamp Lifestyle and Feels Good About
Herself
I have to write about this new fitness program I
am in. I have almost completed two full boot camps. I found it through my
friend.  She described it as the hardest thing she has ever done – and is
addicted to it. She told me of the pain and sweat and competition – none of
which I am fond of – or so I THOUGHT!!! Once she got me there, I was
hooked……granted, that first day I almost yakked and I couldn’t really sit
down to pee without tears in my eyes (legs were killing me) but I haven’t missed
a class since!
The soreness is gone and muscles are showing where there used to be jiggles!
I have improved in every possible way – strength, endurance, speed, agility, and
attitude. If you ask me, it’s the last one that really matters! I feel so good
about myself – so proud!  I actually feel confident! I was never really
ever looking for a challenge or a competition – and now my friend and I are
working outside of class all the time to improve… You should see me with a
kettlebell!!!

This is no ordinary fitness class. It is brutal, competitive, pushes you
waaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyy beyond your comfort zone – and is the best thing I
ever decided to do for my body.

Janet Dandrow, Plattsburgh New York

Janet has lost over 5 inches since
starting camp!

Kathy learns a new way of life, and gets great
results along the way
I am a pretty
small person, in fact I am quite small. I have not wrestled with my
weight much. But my weight really has always been within 5 pounds of
where I started with Ben’s program. I was mostly motivated to change the
composition of my body, only I had no idea how to do that.
I have done various exercise programs over the years.
I wasn’t an athlete, I am not athletic, but I do like to exercise. My
husband and my children are athletes and are quite fit, and I am finding
that my lifestyle is just really a lot more active than it used to be. I
didn’t feel like I could keep up.

We were hiking last summer and kayaking and doing
things like that, and I felt like that although I was the smallest one,
I was puffing and way out of shape. I hadn’t really found an exercise
program that was consistent enough to help me

I’m really happy with my results from the program.
I’ve lost 8 pounds, 5 ¼ inches, and most importantly reduced my body
fat percentage from almost 34% to under 26%.
  More important
than what I’ve lost is what I’ve gained.  I learned a lot about
nutrition and techniques to manage food and meals.

I feel better and stronger.  I have more energy
and stamina.  And as a result, I am more confident.  I’m the
perfect example that there is benefit to anyone, regardless of shape,
size or goals.  It’s the best thing I’ve done for ME!  Thanks, Ben.

Kathy Austin, Derby Vermont

Mom of two can see her abs AND feels confident in
a bikini!
My name is Krystal. I am 32,
and am a mother of two very active girls and work fulltime. The
combination of nutrition and workouts from Ben’s program has worked
great for me. I am in the best shape of my life. I have never been this
fit before. You can actually see some of my ab muscles.
I have gone from a size 8 to a size 3, but the most
important thing that I have gotten out of the workouts is I used my
inhaler during workouts at least twice, every time I worked out, and now
I am to the point where I do not need my inhaler at all
.

It’s just a great feeling to know that I am that
healthy because I have always had to depend on my inhaler in the past. I
had been on Weight Watchers before, I did lose some weight on that
program but I never lost any body fat so I was still flabby, I still had
the flabby stomach and arms, and I still had no definition.

Now I have definition and I actually feel confident in
a bikini, and that’s a first for me as well.

Krystal Ingalls, West Glover Vermont

Vegetarian defies slowing metabolism to be in best shape of her life! My name is Carolyn and I am 56 years old and I am a junior high school
teacher. I am the kind of person that could put on weight just looking
at a cupcake. So weight has always been kind of an issue, and as you get
older your metabolism slows way down. So I really needed to do
something. People throughout the community were whispering Ben’s name
and about his program and said: you should try it. So I did
I tried other programs like Weight Watchers as well as
other diets, but what I think with those I never really knew what I was
doing. I was just kind of ballpark guess. I didn’t know the nutritional
component of the food I was eating, so this program really showed me how
I was over and under-estimating things like my fats, carbohydrates and
protein.

The whole stress you have around food when you are
trying to get back in shape, that’s alleviated, your cravings are
alleviated and you really don’t ever get the chance to get hungry. One
of the biggest things that often still comes into my mind are Ben’s
words of eating supportively. Is what you are eating going to help you
meet your goal?

I love the workouts. Well, you kind of have a
love/hate relationship with them, but it really creeps into your
every-day life. Exercise isn’t just for my physical health, it is for my
mental health as well. It sets the tone for the day because those
endorphins will kick in, and when they do, I could be in the middle of a
classroom and I’ll think: This is why I exercise.

I have lost 22 pounds, but I think what I am most
pleased with is I went from 36% to 28% body fat and I’ve lost 12 inches.
I am much more confident and am also at the best shape of my life.
It’s amazing to think of that–so I am most thankful for the whole
thing.

Discover why Boot Camps are
the
trend in fitness!

Why
Fitness Boot Camps are so Popular

Fitness Boot Camps are all over
the country and even the world!  What’s all the hype about?  Here’s a
hint, it isn’t some special revolutionary exercise machine that you will have to
pay thousands of dollars for!

It’s all about high efficiency exercise
routines.  Becoming efficient with your time by imploring specific
exercises with a group of individuals with similar qualities is a formula that
never fails.

Nicole Scorches Competition on the Soccer Pitch

Hooray for bootcamp!  Tonight I played in
an indoor soccer game-50minutes- and never in my life have had the stamina that
I do now
.  I didn’t think I’d last a half!  I do contribute it to
bootcamp and the workouts that you provide. It’s nice to have someone in charge
who really knows what they’re doing.  Thanks!

Nicole
Gaboriault, Newport Vermont

Nicole has gone from 0 to 67 standard push ups since joining
camp!

Kristi has success despite having only half a thyroidSix months after having my son, I had ½ my thyroid taken out throwing my body completely out of whack.   I have tried just about every diet there is and nothing ever stayed with me.  The longest was a year on weight watchers, but after I stopped, I gained it all back.  Then a miracle happened.  I read an article in the local newspaper that Ben had written.  I joined Ben’s program in November of 2007 and have been enjoying it ever since.

For the first time in my life, I know I can get the weight off and be fit.  Ben has showed me a new lifestyle and I am really enjoying it!  I recommend anyone with a strong will to contact Ben and get your life back on track.

In the 12 weeks, I have lost 12  pounds, 7.25 inches
and 4% body fat.
Can’t argue with that!!

Pam Loves the Teamwork Bootcamp Provides

I enjoy meeting as a group: teamwork!!  I like to be around people who
are as busy as I am and have similar struggles.  Your fitness camp has
enabled me to work toward a positive goal for myself.  I appreciate your
encouragement and look forward to each class.  Thanks again on helping me
with my weaknesses!  I have lost 11 pounds and one pant size so far!

Karen
Develops Confidence and Brings Back the Competitior

Fitness Camp has helped me bring back the competitor in me, and
it carries over to my work as well.  I feel more confident in my physical
and mental abilities.

Karen Westover, Danville Vermont

Karen has lost 5 pounds, 2
inches, and increased her endurance dramatically since beginning camp!

Ask Yourself if your Program can:

  • Have you go from zero to 20 plus push ups in one month?

  • How about shaving a full minute off your 1/2 mile run time in
    one month?

  • How about zero to 3 pull ups, 1/2 mile run of 3:17, 47
consecutive push ups without stopping, and being a mom of 2 children?

Physical results are great performance cannot be overlooked.

With increased strength and ability comes increased confidence.

The truth is when you attack your goals with
tenacity and determination plus have a supportive group of individuals cheering
you on, it makes once impossible tasks look a little more realistic.

Low impact strength training exercises are NOT going to get you
where you want to be with your body.  Get away from the strength training
machines and get back to basics: bodyweight training!

Stacey Feels Sense of Accountability if She Misses Class

I like how I feel bad if I should miss a class, or if I should
not perform my best.  I feel like I let those down that look to me for
support.  I enjoy the results and how good I feel about myself.  My
endurance is better and I’m definitely stronger.  Thank you very much.

Karri Goes From Doubter to Bootcamp Fanatic

Go Ben!!
It has been such a gift to participate in your Fitness Camps.  During the
first workout I was thinking “
Now, why did I sign up for this?
By the second workout, I was hooked.  The boost it gives mentally to know
that you succeeded in each of the workouts is amazing.  It surprised me how
quickly I felt stronger, leaner, and have greater endurance.

I enjoyed
working out with the others.  To me it wasn’t competitive, being with
others, it simply allowed me to challenge myself more.  Thanks for getting
me jump started on the road to whole being fitness!
